Recipe from Sarah Schlesinger's cookbook "500 Fat Free Recipes."
Green Goddess Dressing
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped scallion
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Chill
for 1 hour. Serves 6 at 2 Tbsp. each. 26 calories per serving. 0.05
g fat per serving. 2% fat. NOTE: Serve over sliced steamed new red
potatoes and steamed green vegetables.
