I make the best shakes and smoothies - very filling, fat free and delicious!
Fruit Shake
1 cup skim milk
1/2 frozen banana
4 slices natural (no sugar added) frozen peaches
4 natural frozen strawberries
sweetner to taste
dash vanilla
Blend and enjoy!
You can interchange fruits and flavorings, use oj for skim milk etc. The key
is using a frozen banana. Makes the shake so thick you'll need a spoon!
