creamy smooth ice " cream "
I'd like to pass along a favorite of mine you also might enjoy.
16 ounces of non fat yogurt ( I used Kroger brand non fat pina colada )
1 pkg instant no sugar pudding mix ( contains no fat either ) - I used
vanilla flavor.
1 small can pineapple tidbits in its own juice
1/3 teas cinnamon
1/4 teas ginger
in a blender, or a large bowl using a hand beater, mix yogurt and fruit
gently. add pudding mix and spices and blend well. Place in a tightly
closed plastic container and freeze until firm.
This is a very easily adaptable recipe. Any flavor combination you crave (
i.e chocolate pudding mix, cappicno yogurt and banana slices )
