Cranberry Peach Relish

1 - 16 oz can peaches in juice - undrained
Pulse in food processor just til coarsely chopped
1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar | Add to peaches
1/4 t ground Allspice |
Bring peach mix to boil over medium heat
Stir frequently, Cook 2 minutes
1 - 12 oz bag cranberries | Add, reduce heat
Simmer 12 minutes or til cranberry skins pop
and mixture thickens - stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and cool
Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week
