PIMIENTO ASPIC
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 4 oz jar of water packed pimientos
1 t salt
1 t onion powder
1/2 bar agar
1 1/2 cup water
1 T lemon juice
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender. Boil agar in water until
totally dissolved, stirring constently. Add agar water to blender
ingredients and quickly blend. Add lemon juice and pour into
container. Chill. When solid, slice and serve.
