Pineapple Ginger Sauce (T)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 cup no-sugar-added pineapple juice
1/4 cup low sodium tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water
Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet.
After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until
it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired
consistency.
