BEETS WITH HORSERADISH
3 cups cooked, sliced beets
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 tsp. flour
1 TAB prepared horseradish
1 TAB chopped chives
1 tsp grated onion
salt
Whip together yogurt and flour. In double boiler, mix all other ingredients
and heat. Add yogurt mixture and reheat.
