Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage
1 small head red cabbage, shredded
2 T brown sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
1 granny smith apple, chopped (can peel first if desired)
water
1 tsp caraway seeds
Place all in a large non-stick skillet, adding water periodically so it
doesn't burn. Cook on medium heat for 10-20 mins or until desired
degree of tenderness. Adjust seasonings as necessary.
