spicey green beans
1 large bag frozen green beans (or equivilent fresh)
1/2 cup bulghar wheat
1/3 or so pound mushrooms, halved or quartered, depending on size
1/3 pound or so pepperoni style seitan
1/2 - 1 cup salsa
put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole dish,
Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on high. Stir and
nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy
The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
