Hummus
I blend together:
3 cups cooked garbanzos
3 cloves garlic (or more)
6 T lemon juist
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne
3 tsp cumin
4 tsp dill
1 tsp sugar
I just blend it all together with bean liquid as needed & adjust seasonings to
taste. My recipe also suggests some tahini or sesame oil. You can add a few
drops if you like the flavor. I've tried it both ways.
