Curry Rice with Beans and Broccoli (vegan)

1. Prepare packaged curry rice. There are a lot of good brands out there.
2. While it's cooking, chop up some broccoli and open a can of Progresso
black beans. Nuke the broccoli for about 2 minutes; the beans for 3.
3. Mix together. Voila!
This is a very colorful and filling meal. Good for lunch the next day, too.
