Here's a recipe from the NIF kitchen:
POLENTA (serves 12)
2 C polenta -coarsely ground cornmeal
6 C water
1 t pizza seasoning
1/3 C Bragg's liquid aminos
2 t garlic granules
Cook polenta with all other ingredients for 15-20 minutes, stirring
constantly until very thick. Pour into 9 x 13" baking pan. Chill
sevveral hours or overnight.
Cut into 1 to 1.5" slices and grill in oven at 400 degrees F. for
30 minutes.
