SKINNY MASHED POTATOES:
4 potatoes
1 vegetarian chicken or beef style broth cube
-Dissolve veggie cube in water before adding potatoes.
-When potatoes are done, drain, reserving broth.
-Mash potatoes, adding reserved broth until desired creaminess, so you can
skip the butter.
