BANANA SPLIT SALAD
1 cup ff plain or vanilla yogurt (eliminate honey if using vanilla yogurt)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 TAB honey
4 bananas, peeled
1/4 cup grape nuts
1/2 cup crushed strawberries
Mix yogurt, pineapple and honey. Cut bananas in half, lengthwise. For
each serving, use 2 banana halves. Put 1/4 cup yogurt mixture on each
serving. Sprinkle with grape nuts and top with crushed berries. Red
raspberries may be substituted for strawberries. Serves 4.
