1 lg. red bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
1 lg. yellow bell pepper, roasted, skinned and julienned
1 lg. poblano chile, roasted, skinned and julienned
1 Roma tomato, blackened and roughly chopped
4 t minced fresh cilantro
1/2 t chopped roasted garlic
1/2 t salt
1 T fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients.
