Salsa Colorado
1 16-ounce can tomato puree
1/2 cup water
1/2 7-ounce can chipotle peppers
2 medium onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover,
reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Puree in a blender container or food
processor bowl.
