Green Sauce (couldn't think of a better name).
Half a large zucchini
10 fl oz (2 small pots) ff plain yoghurt
1 clove garlic (you can increase this)
1 Tblsp lemon juice
lots of basil (we used 2 tsp dried but fresh is better)
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Just liquidize the whole lot and serve. It's also great on
baked potatoes.
