Here's my favorite way to make fatfree veggie pasta:
4 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/1 pound portabella mushrooms
red wine
dried oregano
dried basil
1 bay leaf
1 large can tomatos
Saute chopped garlic & onion in red wine. Add cut up bell
pepper & mushrooms. Add dried spices to taste + bayleaf. Turn
up heat a little. Add large can of tomatoes. Simmer for 45
minutes or so. Serve over any good pasta with a salad.
