*Sauce with veggies*
Ingredients:
1 can of tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 big carrot
1 stalk of celery
2 hot peppers (optional)
a good amount of basil leaves
Preparation
Chop up carrot celery and onion (wash'em first, of course)
and pour them in the skillet with the canned tomatoes.
Let it cook for twenty minutes. Then add chopped basil,
and some salt if needed. Cook for five more
minutes. This sauce is best with gnocchi.
