stuffed-mushrooms recipe

 Stuffed Mushrooms
 
 I cut the stems off the mushrooms and chopped.  Added one 
 small onion and saute these with garlic.  Added a little 
 thawed spinach (with some of the liquid).  Then I added 
 some nutritional yeast.  The mixture was slightly soggy.  
 Stuffed the mushroom caps with this mixture and put under 
 the broiler for about 5-7 minutes.  I thought they were 
 great.
