I have to agree with Gretchen's comment about buying high quality teflon
cookware. I recently received a set of RevereWare with one teflon pan.
The papers say -yes I always read the instructions, even on pans- to
discard the pan at the first sign of scratches in the teflon surface.
All the others, as I recall have *very* long warranties.
