I used to eat it in the Netherlands (where it is spelled kwark). It is a young
white cheese. I used to just spoon it out of the container and eat it, it
wasn't bitter at all ... BTW it isn't necessarily LF, so if you are buying it
in Europe (I have no experience buying it in North America) check the label.
Nowadays I'm practically vegan because my baby has a sensitivity to dairy
products. Sigh ...
