Hi all, I loooooove fried green tomatoes. I simple slice them about
1/2 inch thick, dredge them in egg white, then dredge them in a mixture
of cornmeal and flour. Half and half. I fry them with a little pam in
a non-stick pan until golden brown. They have come out great every time
I've made them. You can bake them too, but they take a lot longer.
