lunch

     Help! I need some suggestions for quick yummy lunches. I would like to 
     make a huge batch of something during the weekend so I can use it all 
     week. Don't shy away from odd ingredients. I live in Chicago and could 
     probably seek them out. Thanks for all your help. You can email me 
     privately so I won't clog up the list!
