Dr. Neal's chutney looks very similar to something I just made last nite.
It's WONDERFUL.
1 bunch cilantro (including stems)
1 chile (hotness up to you)
1/4 c lime juice
sugar to taste
1/2 t salt.
Puree in blender or food processor. Serve on top of beans, rice, steamed
vegies...anything. Especially good with Indian and Mexican dishes.
