As I was reading raw corn recipes it made me think of how I like to enjoy
this corn treat:
Steam corn on the cob(in shucks for more flavor)...don't over cook!
Slather with choice of fat-free mayo or margarine, then sprinkle with FF
parmesano cheese and chile/cayene(optional). By using a long wooden
polker/shish-ka-bob and pulling back shuck then covering with condiments
it's easier to eat. Enjoy!
