across the following which is so simple and low far as to be "why didn't I
think of that" - enjoy - Marie

CRISPY FISH FILETS
(No added fat)

- Wipe off fish fillets
- Rub with egg whites
- Roll in cornflake crumbs
- Season as desired
- Spray ovenproof pan with non-stick spray
- Bake fish at 500 degrees for 10 minutes

CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN
(No added fat)
********************
- Pull off skin and fat from chicken
- Wash each piece and pat dry
- Rub with egg white
- Roll in cornflake crumbs
- Season as desired
- Spray ovenproof pan with non-stick spray
- Bake 350 degrees for about one hour
