They have a great cookbook full of TVP recipes. Karen also asked about what
to do with it. Simple: Reconstitute with your favorite broth, and use in
place of ground b**f. One pound of TVP reconstitutes to equal about 3 1/4
pounds of beef. Dixie also has a new vegitarian broth mix which is VERY low
in sodium, unlike most of the commercial versions. You can add your
favorite seasonings during the reconstitution process.
