Hi all,
Local grocers here seem to be having a price war with potatoes. They're now
down to 69 cents for 10 pounds!
Has anyone successfully frozen potatoes? If so, how did you do it? What did
you use them for after you thawed them? Do they need to be peeled, blanched,
parboiled, etc.? Any good recipes for traditional American dishes using
thawed potatoes that do not include eggs or dairy?
