My husband and I make our own pizza quite often, and he came up with a
brilliant idea...rubbing the crust (especially around the edge) with roasted
garlic before adding the rest of the ingredients and baking it. Now the
crust is my favorite part of the pizza!
We often roast garlic by wrapping a whole head in foil and throwing it on
the barbecue, covering the grill and letting it sit for 45 minutes or an
hour. (I do the same with sweet potatoes...they're great grilled).
