I have a wonderful breadmaker, but I'm off gluten for a month to see if
that's what affecting me with the symptoms I have...in the meantime, I need
a recipe or two for non-gluten bread that I can make in the machine...does
anyone have a workable formula for other flours to substitute for wheat
flour so I don't wind up with science experiments in my machine?
