For those of you who are staying away from PB because of its high fat
content, you might try the following: Mix 1 part PB to 4-5 parts jam. (The
key is to mix them together before they hit the bread. The PB is much more
spreadable when diluted with the jam.) This will give you a hint of the PB
taste without the high fat (spread a THIN layer).
