need stuffed cabbage recipe

I need a recipe for stuffed cabbage.  If it is higher fat or calls for
m**t, I can fix that, I just need a guideline.  And if anybody has the
recipe for Romanian stuffed cabbage(scot mali?<sp>), that would be great!
