Hello,
I have asked this question before. I asked what could be used to hold
my lentil burgers together. Many people were nice enough to let me know
that eggs or egg substitute works well. I tried this and it does work,
however, I would like to use something other than eggs. Is there such a
thing to use in my lentil-rice burgers to keep them from falling apart.
I truly love them but would like them not to crumble.
