Hello - I am contemplating being a vegetarian. Can anyone tell me where I
can find a guide of some sort, that would tell me how much of what to eat to
be sure that I am getting a balanced diet.
Also something that would list how much protean, etc.., is in foods, so that
I can choose the right foods, and how much to eat of them. This is what I am
concerned about most.
