enticing children to eat veges...

        My kids who won't eat cooked vegetables love my homemade tomato
sauce, which includes canned tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, garlic,
potatoes, carrots, parsley, spices, and occasionally zuccini or beans. All
items are ground up in the food processor so the kids  can't tell what's
been included, and then the pot simmers for 2  hours to blend the flavors.
