Yes, Soup. It makes a great "cream" soup.
Just dilute the pureed squash with enough low fat soy milk to get the
consistency you want, season as you like, I prefer grated ginger, a bot of
sherry, maybe a dash of nutmeg. salt to taste. Heat and serve. Yum
