I make a mixture of the following and it is luscious and creamy and guests
always think they are eating something so high in fat and feel so satisfied
they refuse dessert!.
1/2 cup basil leaves-well processed in food processor
2-3 cloves of garlic-process again
Add the following and process until smooth.
1 c nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 c nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c nonfat parmesan
You can add 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil if you needn't be completely fatfree.
I cook up 16 oz. of some spiral pasta with cut up broccoli and combine all.
I think this may be on the fatfree archive recipe list but I'm not sure.
It's delicious!
