Emergency Soup

When you are exhausted after a tough day at school or work,
and everybody is starved and yelling at each other, here's
a soup solution. It's quick and easy:

1 can Rosarita Fatfree refried beans (vegetarian)
1 can "creamed" or regular corn, rinsed if regular
1 large diced tomato
1/2 diced onion
pepper or chopped jalipeno to taste (optional)

Just mix everyting in a sauce pan and simmer for
about 1/2 hour. Serve with steamed potatoes on
the side and Russian rye bread to dip into it.

You can experiment by adding a can of hunan
black beans to it.
