For breakfast, I use my own homemade granola made with molasses instead of
honey or jam as the sticky binder.
BUT, for a super sticky molasses treat, PLEASE try the following recipe:
Cranberry Pudding serves 6
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup hot water
2 cups cranberries (I've used frozen and fresh. Both work well)
Preheat oven 350F.
Mix batter, then stir in berries.
Bake in a 9" dish 30 min. until brown and set.
Serve with sweetened ricotta, yogurt, or a custard sauce if desired.
The consistancy is very similar to those chocolate pudding cake desserts.
This is delicious!
