blackstrap molasses

        We throw a glob (1-2 Tbsps?) of blackstrap molasses into almost all
cookie/brownie/baked goods recipes as part of the sugar. It isn't evident
in the type of sturdy desserts we make, although I think it enhances
anything with chocolate.
