Thank you to Shona who gave a Baba Ghanouj recipe including Tahini
and put the equivalent *sesame paste*. Now that I know what it is,
can anyone suggest a way of making it. I have looked for it around
where I live (Ballito, west coast of South Africa) and I can't find
it. I have seen so many recipes on this great list that I want to
try!
