For Frances, baba ghanouj is a dip or spread, usually eaten on triangles of
pita, similar to hummus. Also in your later posting about tahini, the baba
recipe would be enhanced by the addition of tahini, and the addition of a
tablespoon or so would probably still meet the list rules, but it is a
restricted ingredient and very high in fat, kind of like peanut butter.
