Someone mentioned mangos -- they are five for a dollar here in San
Antonio. I have been making mango salsa. It tastes and smells great.

2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped (if you do not know the criss-cross
cutting trick about mangos, I'll post it later)
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1-2 jalapeno peppers, diced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt, optional
