One of my favorite ways to eat mushrooms is to with carmelized onions.
I slice the mushrooms a medium sized onion saute in a nonstick pan
with water until the water evaporates. Add more water and stir.
Repeat until onions are brown & tender. I absolutely love this over
baked potatoes. Full of rich flavor!
I think I got the idea from this list a couple of months ago.
