As a newcomer, I have found many exciting recipes,but how do I extract
them from the digests without having to copy them down and retype them?
One message suggested a free program (mcbstr16.zip) from http://
people.delphi.com, but I could not find it there (maybe it has been
updated?). Can anyone help with an alternative way to extract these
recipes?
