Sharon Manning asked about eating fatfree in Las Vegas. I went last
year and found the buffets to have a large selection of fresh fruits
and vegetables. I saw some prepared salads listed as low-fat, but I doubt
they were really as low in fat as we would like. My recommendation
is to fill up on the fresh stuff at the buffets and bring your own
desserts (e.g., fatfree brownie bar, cereal bar, sweetened cereal) so
you don't wind up feeling too deprived. Remember that Las Vegas is
a great city for walking and the surrounding area has tons of hiking
