A couple of people have asked what are sultanas.
They are large green (white) grapes which have been dried or
preserved and are the same *family* as currents and raisins which are
preserved black grapes of different types.
They have a yellowish/orange appearance and are plumper, larger,
softer
and sweeter than raisins and currents.
