I like the Soyakaas FF cheese, esp. the Jalapeno, not vegan (I think
has casein) but tastes decent and melts well (if you don't overheat
it). I do use Nutritional yeast in some recipes & sprinkle on pasta
like parmesan, but to me it's really not that cheesy. However,
I'm not a big volume cheese lover, never was.
