This is something I whip up for myself.
In a blender put
3/4 c. juice
3/4 c. soynice
1/4 c. yogurt
1 banana
dried fruits to about 1 cup
1 squirt vanilla
pinch cinnamon
*1/4 c. fibre mix
Blend until smooth -- serves 3 or 4.
*The fibre mix is made with:
1/2 c. ground flax seed/rice bran
1 c. psyllium
2 c. oat bran
Mix together well and keep in airtight container. Add to cereals, breads,
soups, stews, smoothies and shakes for added fibre.
